I personally think it’s a great smoker and fryer. The grill function is just OK though. When using the product as a smoker though, there is no door or latch that gives access to the water pan. When using the product as a fryer, I found out how challenging it is to remove the propane for safety reasons. The good points outweigh the not-so-good ones though.
