DCS Grills Review

DCS stands for Dynamic Cooking Systems. The company began in 1989 when a group of top designers and appliance engineers in the country pooled their skills and resources and produced high-end cook tops intended for commercial usage, for a start. DCS also produced convection ovens, broilers, high performance ranges and griddles for its other clients in major restaurants, hotels and other fields of the food industry.

DCS' line of products are made from tough 304 gauge stainless steel, making it one of the finest crafted grills around. Since they are made from high quality materials you will not worry about rust and will sure last any weather condition the whole year round. All DCS grills are constructed with grates that have built-in runners to prevent grease run-off and flare ups as it is channeled away from the food. These grates are two-sided, such that the smooth side are for fish and vegetables, while the coarser side is for meat and other steaks.

These grills are versatile such that users have the option of using natural gas or LPG fuels. Rotisseries may be added to any of the DCS grills. Users of DCS will be glad to know that their grills include and electric warming drawer that will keep your food warm until it is served.

The DCS 30" is a standalone grill which is famously known as the 'Sub-company Ferrari' because of its small size. Among its features is the built-in fifty-watt halogen light integrated to the rotisserie. This feature allows day and night grilling. The rotisserie, which is made of high quality stainless steel can handle up to fifty pounds of food or meats.

There is also the Liberty Collection composed of the Liberty All-Grill module and Sink and Double-Side Burner module and the Griddle Double Side-Burner module. The All-Grill modeule are open-type and only have a cooking hood for cover. As with all DCS models, the Liberty line has the grease management system installed.
