Though this grill may seem to be huge and heavy, moving it from one place to another is just so easy with its heavy duty casters. This grill actually has a large grilling surface. Cooking for my family, I only use half of it. It has stainless steel grates which are really nice and easy to keep clean.”
However, there was one customer who had noticed some particular downsides with the Ducane Affinity 3100 (LP) Propane Grill. He said that “Set up took longer than expected (several hours), though instructions were adequate to assemble it. The only disappointing point came when I realized that the grill does not have a rear panel to completely enclose the lower portion of the grill. This is important for me since squirrels have attacked and damaged my last grill twice by gnawing on the gas hose and the wooden side tables.
When I first used the grill, I noticed that the side tables captured the heat from the grill and became very hot. Accordingly, I would not recommend placing anything that might melt on the side tables.
But all in all, Ducane Affinity 3100 (LP) Propane Grill is a great grill. You will be very satisfied with its construction, controls, grilling results, and cooking design.
